[quote author=“Anonymous”]Eirk,
You are posting just for hell of it. You can go compare apples to apples for yourself. The PSP 4gb drive is a MICRODRIVE. Acording to your own words, it is as useless as my 8Gb. Secondly I have 2gb 4gb and 8gb and the first two have been working in my camera for the last 2 years without a hiccup. I understand that you are trying to push you opinion, although lets be objective, not just a smart asses, shall we? I hated my P/66Mhz because of the aritmetic bug, but I’ve continued buying Pentiums, P2, P3 and P4s Things improve…
Haha, please, learn to read. My first post agreed with you except the price.
Now, read my quote: “Yeah but your 8GB is useless in the PSP” and it is. For those of us that know, the PSP currently has a 4GB limitation. So, your 8GB is useless in the PSP. He wasn’t posting “best price for 4GB Microdrive”, he was posting something for the PSP. You brought up a Microdrive that is USELESS in the PSP. Apples to Apples.
I have no opinion on this, I am stating fact. You were right about everything except price. This is, by far, the cheapest 4GB solution to the PSP.
As far as bugs go, HDD crashing is not a bug, it’s a flaw. We all know mechanical drives can fail. The earlier 340 and 1GB drives failed often. I had one too many crash without repair from IBM due to out of warranty status. I refuse to buy another one. I’m certianly not telling anyone else not to, I just said “I would never use one again”. And yes, AFAIK, the technology hasn’t changed except the density of the platter.
You are the one that is constantly trying to push your opinions on others, just because you are anal about your TX doesn’t mean others can’t like it. If you have a problem, feel free to PM me and we can take this matter further.
