Almost New Sony Vaio SZ330/B for sale

I have a beautiful fast SZ330 that I must reluctantly part with. I travel frequently on business and for years I used my small and light 3 lb T160. I agonized over buying the SZ or a new TX to replace the T160. I opted for the SZ but after several business trips with it, I’ve discovered that it’s just a bit too big and heavy (4 lbs) for my needs. So, with reluctance I have to part with the SZ and get a TX. I bought this unit about 1 month ago and have all necessary warranty docs, receipts.etc. In addition, the unit has all sorts of installed bought and payed for software like Office XP Pro, Acrobat Writer (a really great program), Acrobat v5.0, Trend Spyware, etc. I payed $2k+. Make me an offer I can’t refuse.

What’s up everyone? I still have a bunch of TR3AP parts as well as a whole T350P that I am parting out. Once again figured I would put it up here for fellow Vaio heads before I go to eBay.

So, on the T350P, I have everything available except for the HDD, Sound Card, and Power Switch. As for the TR3AP, most of the main pieces are gone but I still have a lot of trim pieces, keyboard, connectors, etc.

As for prices, I’m asking 50% of what nexttronics gets for new parts, but will consider any offer. I will also give package deal prices if you want more than one item. Lastly, I’m not going to the post office for less than $10, so minimum order is $10

I love it, but my sony is no more. If you want any other parts (besides the screen and motherboard), message me or post a reply to this topic.

I think the chip blew, so if someone want to remove the processor, i would think the board will still work. If not, then, as with everything else, i’ll guarentee it (or sell it to you cheap with no guarentee)

Looks like my processor overheated and fried. I would think the board is still good, but I can’t verify that. Everything else on the system worked perfect. The exterior is blue. I also have a docking bay.

I’m not looking to make out like a bandit, but I would like a fair price on all parts, if possible. I will also guarantee that parts are not DOA. Except the board, which I will sell cheap with no warranty.

Note: the chip is glued on to the board, so removing it would require some excellent dexterity w/ a dremel. Also, to diagnose if the board might also be fried: when the battery and/or power is plugged in, there are still no charging or power lights lit on the front of the system. That might mean that the board is also not functional.

For anyone that is interested, when the system blew, i resorted to my Sony gr370 and then ordered a refurbished panasonic w4.
