The screen in the TR series is the Sharp LQ106K1LA01 ...a search for this screen on ebay finds a few items in the $250 range.

Depends on where you are on the globe, to how easy they are to get and how costly. In the UK they are still around £150 to £200 used. You can also look for a faulty T1XP / T2XP as they use the same 10.2” screen and suffer from mainborad issues, (blue screen / rebooting), so often come up on eBay as faulty with good screens.

If you get one for a reasonable price (again in the Uk these go from about 130 to 180 region on eBay and if you part out the rest of the bits like HDD / DVD drive etc you can get back most if not all the cost eventually.

do note however the later TX series has a different 11.1” screen,
