Fan replacement on S3, how hard it is?

Hi guys,

The fan on my S3HP is making an horrible noise since quite sometimes so now I am thinking about replacing it but before starting I prefer to know what I am getting into. Is it difficult? Is there any guide on opening the S? I already open it to look at the fan and clean it but never really open the things fully.

Also, from where I can get the fan replacement part? I am living in UK.
