Where to buy a TR2A motherboard?

Fry’s tells me my motherboard died and I need to buy another, then they’ll install it for $200.  I’ve found one online for $432 @ Nextronics and am wondering if I could do the replacement myself.  I can’t find any instructions online for how to do this.  Any help out there?  Thanks

Ouch.. you can check on eBay for another TR (with damaged screen or similar) total will be less than that I should think, and you can resell the parts you don’t need.

I do have a spare TR2mp motherboard here (uk spec).

I have one for TR3, same board, but missing the little plastic brown hold down connector that makes the keyboard zif cable stay in place, PM me if interested.
