Alright, so I reinstalled Windows XP Pro and all drivers and the light still will not come on. The Device works and picks up my network signal very strong but does not have the green light come on. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I never had this problem before but it sounds like the bulb might be out. You can try to replace the buld yourself and see if that works. Follow the steps from this posting: http://www.siliconpopculture.com/forum/viewthread/5486?t=5486&highlight=replace+hard+drive to open up your computer. It’s pretty easy, I replace my hard drive following these directions. Once you remove the touch pad and cover in Step #10, you should be able to get access to the bulb. Let me know if this works and what bulb you used for the computer, I may have to replace that one day as well.
