Problem with SZ370P and Docking station after Vista upgrade

Not a serious problem - just an annoying one. The Vista upgrade to my SZ went very well (you can read about it here   ), but there is one small problem.

I use the Sony Docking station for the SZ at work, whenever I dock or undock the system (yes, I hit the undock button) the laptop freezes. Anyone ever experience this, or - better - know a workaround?

My PCG-R505TL from way back used to do the same thing when I upgraded from Windows ME (it’s original OS) to XP.  I’d press the undock button and it would hang.

I’ve never used the undock button on my SZ230P .. I simply lift it up from the dock and all is well.  I wonder if doing the same thing would work on your computer.

For reference: I’m still running XP Pro on my SZ230P.
