Hello everybody,

I m facing a problem i m sure you can help me to solve.
I have to write an email to 1000 people.
I have all of the email address & names in an excel file.
Problem is, how do i do to merge those addresses in my email?
I don t feel to do it one by one lol
I know there are software who can do it but the one i found were expensive.
Do you guys know any free solution, through a freeware or another trick?

Other question, how can i write an email with a litlle video playing in the middle of the text?

thanks Mighty Matt i actually already went through all of those web sites.
I don t want to make personal letter i just want to send the same letter to everybody.
All I want is an easy alternative to turn my 1000 addresses into a groupe of address i can copy past in my email browser to avoid me to write all the address 1 by 1 with a ; between them.

Ah, I see.

Well there are options to save excel files as CSV’s (comma separated values).  You might have to play around a little with it, but it should be possible to output a file with all the names with comma’s between them.  Then just copy/paste into the ‘To’ field of the email.
