Hi, I have a TR2 problem may be you guys can give me a answer.
The problem is slow, everything works, it start up, it run program, it shut down, but everything in 10 times slow motion. For example, I open a Exel file in 5 minutes, I turn on the control panel in 3 minutes etc…
I think it might be the HD, I will take a shot to order a $150.00 HD to replace it, but I want to make sure first if possible. Can anyone help. Thanks. ahead.

Have you already tried the standard stuff like chkdsk /r, defraging, clearing useless processes, leaving ~20% HD space free?
