Having trouble setting up my S260 to send/receive FAX

I followed the Windows procedure to get the modem set up and when I do it I am prompted to have the Service Pack 2 CD (which I don’t have).  So I check my system profile and I have Service Pack 2, but I cannot find it on the HD anywhere.

Any ways around this, or specific files I need to get this going?  Any help is much appreciated.
