before i take out the 512 ram chip from my TR1MP and stick it in the T350, could anyone confirm that it will work? Or do i have to order a new chip. Don’t want to cause myself problems.

Sure, it should work but only @ 266MHz. You should order new one if you want your T350 @ 333Mhz
