If you would like to add your own wallpapers, please e-mail me the ones you have and I’ll manually add them to the list or you can post links to your own server if you have one.

From the website description:

Animated Bubbles: Zen like Buddha bubbles.

WARNING!!!!!!!!
don’t install the animated snow scene if you only have 256mb ram. your system won’t be able to cope, at least mine couldn’t my cpu usage went up to 100% and i couldn’t do anything untill i uninstalled it.
I guess we all learn by our mistakes.
I also know that i am working already on the limit of my ram, i will save up and buy some in the new year.

Even if you have a lot of ram that animated desktop uses A LOT of system resources. On my desktop system, it used 100% utilization and this is a 2.4Ghz P4 system with 2GB of RAM. I took that thing off pretty quickly…also, it wasn’t as animated as I thought it would be.

Yikes - it does use up a lot of resources.  I had installed it on a Virtual PC session running XP Pro which only has 117 MB allocated to it and it seemed to run OK.  Slow but OK.  But you’re right the CPU usage is at 100% continually.  I’ve come to expect a slow down on the Virtual PC so thought it would fine under normal conditions.

Oh well, kinda cool but totally impractical.

Go to   for cool desktops without the overhead   I couldn’t resist paying the small fee to get the widescreen backgrounds.  My TR deserved it. :D

I can vouch for that digitalblasphemy site.  AWESOME desktop backgrounds.  Try clicking the links to others’ sites as well.  Incredible stuff.

.rar is a compressed format. you need something like WinRAR to decompress it. Try downloading it from http://www.download.com.
