When I start my TR3AP2 it goes all the way to the Desktop for a few seconds and then the screen goes black with a 3 inch blue square window with a big paragraph that starts with “a problem”....(I can’t read it because it only exists for a moment and then the computer restarts and the cycle repeats over and over.  I have tried installing 2 disk recovery CD’s.  First disk installed OK but, second disc never got anywhere (I’m guessing the second disk must be the Motion eye camera because it is’nt working?....Any body know what how to get around this chronic restarting issue??
Thanks

Swampy, I had this problem and in my case it was an Intel wireless adapter driver problem that was not updated. When I updated the Intel driver it resolved itself. I don’t even recall how I got that to work, it was dumb luck that I was finally able to get into my Acronis disk image that I had created on my system (the first 10 times it wouldn’t let me…). In my case I had been on a new (very fast) wireless network, and it appeared to confuse my wireless adapter when I was off the network and restarting the next day.

It was SO frustrating to have the error message (blue screen) disappear so quickly that you have no idea what to do!

will it start in safe mode?

f8 when booting up

If yes you can disable the auto reboot on error so you can read the message..

right click my computer, properties, advanced, startup & recovery, click settings tab, and uncheck automatically restart, click ok the restart normally.
